UK delivery  Standard delivery for the UK is free of charge when you spend over £20, Normal UK shipping is £2.35 per order. However we also offer a Next Day Delivery.

Next Day is a 24-hour service, which doesn’t include Saturday delivery. The cost of this service is £7.99. Orders needed on a Saturday will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

You can order up to 3pm (GMT) Monday-Friday for Next Day Delivery.

Orders are despatched on the same day. All other orders are despatched on the next working day. This service adheres to Royal Mail and APC (Streetwise) terms and conditions.

Do we delivery to British Forces Post Office (BFPO)?  Of course! All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the BFPO in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location. We are unable to send parcels over 2kg to BFPO addresses, so large orders may be split over multiple parcels.

Do we deliver to my work address?  We can deliver to your place of work but we regret to say that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses for reasons of security.

Has my order been despatched?  Our Customer Service Team will keep you updated with information about your order. You should receive an email notification to let you know that your order has been received and then as soon as your order is despatched, you will be sent another email to confirm that it's on its way.

I have received an incorrect or faulty item in my order  We do everything possible to ensure that your order is correct and is received in the best condition. In the unlikely event that we haven’t succeeded, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible as we would like to resolve any issue for you straightaway.

Please note that due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

An item is missing from my order If you seem to have something missing from your order, it’s worth double-checking the paperwork that came with your order. Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so please check your despatch note or email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible as we will endeavour to resolve this for you immediately.

International delivery If you would like to place an order and arrange for a delivery outside of the UK, we can ship your items internationally. For all delivery destinations an international delivery charge is applied to your order. (The order and any delivery charges applied will show at checkout.)

Express International deliveries are largely made using FedEx. Standard International deliveries are largely made using Royal Mail, while DHL or UPS are used for some destinations.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
